By accessing or using the Troopystack website, learning portal or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.
Troopystack is an educational platform that offers technology and career-focused training, courses, live sessions, seminars and related career services. Through our learning portal, students can access course materials, attend instructor-led live classes, submit assignments and track their progress.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. Accounts are for your personal, non-commercial use.
Course content, live sessions and learning materials are provided for enrolled students. We try to schedule sessions as announced, but timings, content and trainers may change where necessary. Live sessions may be conducted through third-party tools such as Google Meet, which require you to follow those platforms' own terms and acceptable-use policies.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to access another user's account, distribute recordings without permission, disrupt live sessions, or use the services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for behaviour that breaches these terms.
Where courses or services carry a fee, the applicable fee is shown before enrolment. Fees, payment plans and any applicable refund or cancellation policy are communicated at the time of enrolment and are subject to any documented agreement between you and Troopystack.
All course content, materials and platform code are the property of Troopystack or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use this content only for your own learning as an enrolled student and may not reproduce or redistribute it commercially.
While we work to keep the platform available and accurate, Troopystack provides its services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, unless the law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
